There are two ways to consign your items for auction:
1. Drop Off (Most Popular)

Process:

Contact Stuart, the auctioneer, to discuss your items.

Arrange a time to drop them off at the auction site.

Staff will record your contact information.

Items are typically placed in an auction within two weeks.

Payment:

Cheques are mailed out on the Friday following the auction's close.

Local consignors can pick up cheques in person starting the following Tuesday.

2. Pick Up Truck and Trailer Service

Note: This service is subject to labor and hauling fees, which vary by location and the number of items.

Process:

Contact Stuart to discuss your items.

Arrange a date and time for pickup.

Two laborers will come to your location to pack and load your items into an enclosed trailer.

Items are then sorted and processed for an upcoming sale, typically within one month.

Payment:

Cheques are mailed out on the Friday following the auction's close.

Consignment Rates (Commission)
This is the percentage of the final sale price the auction house retains.

$0 - $9: 100%

$10 - $50: 35%

$51 - $300: 25%

$301 - $1,000: 15%
-
$1,001 - $5,000: 10%

$5,001 - $10,000: 8%

$10,001 and up: 7%

Estate Consignments
If you are consigning items from an estate, the following paperwork is required before payment can be made to the estate:

A copy of the will stating the executor or power of attorney.

A copy of the death certificate.
