items requested below.
McSherry Auction Service is responsible for bidding up to the
maximum written bid.
The understanding of the quality of the items is the purchaser's
responsibility.
McSherry Auction will conduct bidding in a proper, professional
manner. The purchaser will pay the amount of the last bid
placed on their behalf at the price where the true bidding
ends.
The purchaser is responsible for the full cost of the items plus
the taxes where applicable, in Canadian funds. US exchange
is calculated to the exchange rate on the day of sale.
An absentee bid fee of $10.00 per item costing up to $500.00, and
$25.00 per item costing $501.00 and up, will be added to the
total of the billing, and be the responisbility of the purchaser.
Only successful buyers will be charged a fee.
Only the successful buyers will be notified that day, or by the
end of the next day.
The buyer is to make immediate payment in the event of being a
successful bidder.
The purchaser is responsible for arrangements for pick up of the
items. Once purchased, the items are the property of
the purchaser's.
